Can we try before we pay?
Yes. 30 days free on your own site, with your real readers. No card and no commitment. If you do not continue, we remove the script, revert DNS, and delete the data.
What is included?
Every feature on the website, and every one we add, at no extra cost. Readers and Competitors today; Searches and Content join the same price when they ship. A custom setup, no cookies, and the person who designed the service replies.
Do we have to sign a year?
No. Monthly has no lock-in: stay a month and leave, no penalty. Yearly does commit the year, for 10% less. It is the same service.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer to an account in Spain. Monthly, at the start of each month. Yearly, when the paid service starts. Always after the free 30-day trial.
One price per domain?
Yes, on the scale above. There are also discounts for pageview volume and for domains; editorial groups can have a single contract and invoice. Write to us and we work it out.
What if volume spikes for a month?
A story that explodes does not change your bill. If your traffic rises in a sustained way and you move to another band, we warn you before we touch anything. If it is a one-off, we leave it alone.
Are taxes extra?
Yes. The figure is before tax. We bill from Spain: Spanish VAT or European VAT, depending on the customer. We also serve customers outside Europe: the service is available worldwide.
