There is no data protection officer: the Art. 37 GDPR threshold is not met.

Purpose

This site informs about the Desvelio product (an overlay for newsrooms) and lets you request the free 30-day trial on your own site. It is not an automatic contracting channel or a store. Published prices are information; a contract, if there is one, is signed separately.

Terms of use

Access to the site is free. Anyone who uses it agrees not to harm the service, not to introduce malware, and not to use the content unlawfully or in bad faith. We may limit access if someone abuses the forms or the infrastructure.

We may change these texts. The update date is at the top of each page. Continued use of the site after a change means you have read it.

Minors

desvelio.com is for publishing professionals, not for children. If you are under 18, do not send a form without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, marks, logo, and design of this site belong to its operator, unless stated otherwise. Visiting the page does not grant a license. Reproduction, distribution, or public communication of the content for commercial ends without prior written permission is forbidden.

Visual recreations of the product (a dummy publisher homepage, a painted overlay) are illustrative. They are not screenshots of a customer site and not a live demo.

Commercial content describes the product available today. It is not a guarantee of traffic, revenue, or editorial results. Searches and Content are on the roadmap and labelled as such.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by others, or for how each publisher uses the product once it is installed. We are also not liable for the content of third-party sites we link to.
